Privacy Policy

Olbia Parking is operated by Rental12 (the “Property Manager”). We manage parking reservations for guests staying at apartments booked through Lodgify and its connected channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct).

• Booking details: arrival and departure dates, apartment reference, number of nights — pulled from your accommodation booking.
• Guest name and phone number — pulled from your accommodation booking, shown read-only so you can confirm we have the right booking.
• Licence plate — captured at booking time or follow-up, used only to match vehicles on arrival.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We store only the Stripe session identifier and the total paid.
• Email address — collected by Stripe at checkout and retained on the booking record for any follow-up correspondence.

• To process your parking booking and payment.
• To send you the day-before parking access instructions (keypad code, assigned spot, map) via your booking channel (Airbnb thread, Booking.com messaging, or email).
• To reconcile arriving vehicles with known bookings using licence plates.
• To respond to you if you contact us about your parking.

We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, profiling, or advertising. No data is shared with third parties beyond Stripe (payment), Lodgify (messaging), and Airtable (secure internal record-keeping).

Guest records are held in Airtable, accessible only by the Property Manager’s authorised team. Payments are held by Stripe, who are PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie from Stripe during checkout, and a small preference cookie we set to remember your chosen language (EN/IT). We do not run analytics or tracking.
