We keep your information only for as long as we need it to run the parking service and meet our legal obligations. Specific retention periods by data type:

After retention expires
Personal fields are deleted or anonymised (e.g. licence plates removed while keeping the booking record for accounting). We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Early deletion requests
You can ask us to delete your data early (subject to the Italian tax retention requirements listed above). Contact us via the details on the Contact page. We respond within 30 days per GDPR.
